Turnkey process for food powders
Unloading, transfer and dosing of sticky fruit powders, 3 t/h, mirror-polished stainless weigh hopper and autonomous sack emptying.
Solu’Poudres Industries was selected to equip a food-industry customer with a turnkey powder process.
The goal was to unload, convey and dose very sticky, dusty fruit powders arriving from two different take-off points, at around 3 t/h.
The package included overall design and fabrication of the supporting structure, a pneumatic conveying system, a mirror-polished stainless weigh hopper with load cells and two product inlets, pipework, an autonomous sack-emptying unit with its own dust collector, a hopper to take product from under a mill, and on-site assembly.
